Meet Our Leadership Team

John C. Cassidy Jr. - President

As President of John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning Inc., John Cassidy Jr. has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial air conditioning business. He has helped to build a strong and highly respected company in our community.

The Cassidy family has a strong reputation providing quality products and services to individuals and businesses in the Palm Beaches for over 50 years. John was born and raised in the county having attended elementary school at St. Ann's and graduating from The Benjamin School.

After attending Northwood University he began his working career by joining General Alexander Haig in his campaign for President. After working in the business off and on through his life, he officially joined the company in the construction department. He then joined the sales team and eventually became the manager of that group.

With a dedicated focus on customer needs and a commitment to the highest levels of service, John was named President in 1997.

John has carried on the tradition of leadership and service to the community offering time and support to a number of organizations in Palm Beach County. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and the Development Committee at Rosarian Academy.

John enjoys spending time with his wife Celeste and their two children, Mercedes and John.

Jim Woods - Vice President

Jim "Woody" Woods has served the customers of John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning for over 35 years. Beginning as a technician's assistant, moving from apprentice and ultimately to journeyman service technician, Woody is an expert in the installation, operation and servicing of residential and commercial air conditioning units. He is certified in Air and Water Test and Balance.

His hands on knowledge and strong leadership skills have led him from Service Manager to his current position as Vice President of the company. His responsibilities include the day to day operations of the service department and as part of the Cassidy leadership team, he is instrumental in making policy decisions and helping to guide the strategic direction of the company.

A lifelong resident of Palm Beach County, he carries his leadership skills through to the community. He was very active in the Gulf Stream Council of the Boy Scouts of America and has served on the Town of Haverhill town council for the past 9 years. Woody served as the President of the Council for 6 years and is currently the Acting-Mayor. In addition, he is chairman of the Annexation Committee and the Special Events Committee.

Woody and his wife Connie enjoy travel and spending time with their four children.

Bill Falconio - VP Operations

As an ambassador in the business community for John C. Cassidy, Bill's top priorities are communicating the mission of the company, serving existing customers and building relationships with new customers. His 30 year career in customer service brings a wealth of knowledge and value to the employees and customers of John C. Cassidy.

Bill's role carries over into customer service training for all employees. Communicating the dedicated focus on customer needs and a commitment to the highest levels of service, continues the strong values that Cassidy stands for.

Bill is a native of New York who relocated to Florida in 1995 with his wife of 27 years and their three children. He enjoys jogging, physical fitness and coaching baseball.

Barbara B. Strasdas - Controller

Barbara joined John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning in 2007 as an accomplished "CPA working in industry" for over 25 years possessing a high level of financial and business operations management experience.

With proven leadership abilities, strengthened by her previous business experience and her leadership involvement in Toastmasters International, she strongly believes in nurturing her Cassidy team members and building business relationships in the community.

As a resident of Palm Beach County since 1971, Barbara has been involved in the community through Little League Baseball, Cardinal Newman High School, Gold Coast Toastmasters and the Palm Beach Chapter of FICPA. She is an avid reader, loves time with her grandchildren and enjoys traveling with her husband George.
